MARCO SIMONE GOLF ACADEMY
For the Marco Simone team of instructors, creating golfers is the objection of a profession executed each day with passion and enthusiasm. From total beginners to experienced players to golfers who have made golf their profession, we offer classes and training programmes for “athletes” of all levels. OUR LESSONS
All of our lessons adapt to your golfing skills and can cover all aspects of the game. In addition, our team of instructors offers educational packages and group lessons, ideal for corporate events or for families and groups of friends.
INDIVIDUAL AND MINI-GROUP LESSONS
All of our instructors are enrolled in the PGA (Professional Golf Association) and have graduated from the National School of the Italian Golf Federation. Marco Simone’s staff avails of Flightscope (www.flighscope.com) technology for swing analysis and Capto (www.captogolf.com) for putt analysis. GROUP LESSONS

Periodically, the Club Pros organise a Golf Clinic (half-day or full-day) focused on certain aspects of the golf game. Ask the Club Secretariat for the programme of activities. Pierluigi Colonna – Golf Instructor PGA
Pieluigi Colonna is a PGA instructor since 1997 with AA certification and has graduated at the National School of the Italian Golf Association in 2001. Pierluigi is a naturally gifted teacher; he communicates the passion for golf and knows how to involve the students.
Pierluigi collaborates with the Club’s team and has been their Team Advisor during the Italian Championships.

Gianluca Pietrobono – PGA Instructor
Professional player since 1988, enrolled in the PGA register with the qualification of AA Teacher.
His experience as a tournament player inspires his students.
Gianluca is currently the coach of the National Pro Team on the Challenge Tour as well as the Technical Manager of the Agonistics Team of Marco Simone Golf Club.
He is the ideal coach for advanced players, especially young players with low hcp.
Flightscope and Capto are the tools to work on long game and putting.

Stefano Pietrobono – PGA Instructor
PGA Instructor since 1990 with the AA certification obtained at the National School of the Italian Golf Association in 1994. He has been the Italian Professional Vice Champion in 1992, and in the same year he earned the 50th place in the Challenge Tour rankings.
He has been teaching at Marco Simone since 1993 and, thanks to his great experience, he is suitable for both beginners and advanced golfers.
He collaborates with Marco Simone’s team and has been their captain several times.

Sonja Caramagno – Golf Mental Coach
Mental Coach with PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentials obtained with the International Coach Association, the largest coaching association in the world. She studied with Timothy Gallwey, and today is part of the Team “The Inner Game School” in Europe (http://theinnergameschool.com/our-team/).
She is the coach of the young “Talents” group of Marco Simone Golf Club, and in addition, she works with athletes in football, rugby, karate, judo, tennis, swimming, skiing.
